Roasted Brussels sprouts in peanut sauce. Sounds unusual, but I highly recommend it! The slightly bitter, earthy flavours of the Brussels sprouts create a wonderful contrast to the nutty, creamy, and spicy peanut sauce. The result is a harmonious flavour pairing that you wouldn’t expect.

Sometimes I devlope recipe ideas that make me wonder why I didn’t think of them earlier. I could have been enjoying this fantastic combination for much longer! This recipe for Brussels sprouts covered in a creamy, nutty peanut sauce is one of those ideas!

Brussels sprouts in peanut sauce – a dish that surprises

This is a dish that surprises – in a good way. The small, often underestimated winter vegetable is given a whole new dimension by the creamy, aromatic peanut sauce. Where Brussels sprouts are usually accompanied by hearty accompaniments, here they encounter a warm, slightly unusual flavor that showcases their best qualities.
This combination elevates Brussels sprouts to a new level: warm, savory, creamy, and with a touch of freshness.
